TABLET INSPECTION MACHINE

The operator can manually remove tablets with various defects, like broken, chipped, off-color, contaminated or foreign particle on the tablet surfaces. The product enters the inspection stage in a single layer. The capsules and tablets are placed on rotating rollers and are continuously turned in front of the operator which ensures a reliable all-sided inspection. These machines are most conveniently and at a high speed, ensuring strict quality control at the same time maintaining good checking rate.

1. PRINCIPLE OF WORKING:
The principle of RIDDHI Semi Automatic Tablet Inspection GMP Model Machine is to check & sorting of defective tablets through Feed Hopper to Moving Belt passing through mirror. At this time if any defective tablets are seen then one should press foot switch in order to stop the machine and collect the same manually. This is how non defective tablets they travel the path and get collected in tray.

3. MACHINE DESCRIPTION :
RIDDHI Semi Automatic Tablet Inspection GMP Model Machine consists of three structure one is structure which is made of S.S. 304 sheet with supporting 2 legs and top structure is made of S.S. 304 with belt of white color and it is supported with supporting rollers which gives support when belt is moving and Tablet Feeder Hopper is made of S.S. 316. Variable frequency drive is provided to control the speed of belt which is achieved through the motor gearbox arrangement.


4. PROCESS DESCRIPTION :
The tablets to be check are kept in the tablet-feeding hopper and make motor on to start moving at the desired speed, this speed can be controlled through variable frequency drive. Intensity of vibratory feeder can also be checked by means of POT on vibrator controller provided on the control panel. The tablets from hopper are going to on the Moving Belt. Roller supports moving belt and it can be adjusted by pin provided for adjustment. Check the tablets that are on the moving belt by visual inspection and if you see defective tablets press the Foot Switch to stop machine and remove the defective tablet by means of slot / window provided on arm rest which further gets discharged through chute and hose pipe. And finally non Defective Tablets are discharged from chute provided on the right hand side.
