COATING PAN
We are one of the presumed manufacturers and suppliers of Coating Pan. These products are extensively demanded by our global clients. These pans are perfect to be used in the procedure of outside layer tablets and confectionery items in a well-organized manner. Our coating pans are competitively priced and may be equipped with smooth surface or with ridged surface to meet your needs in dense shapes.
• Riddhi Coating Machine is available in 12”, 18”, 24”, 30", 36", 42" 48", 60" or 72 " size SS Pan. Pan is made of 10 Gauge SS 304 or SS 316, The Base Plate of Pan is S.S.304 6 MM thick. The Pan is provided with 3 Baffles for 36 inches, 4 Baffles for 48 inches. Machine is made of thick MS angle frame, totally enclosed with SS Cladding with Standard Gear Box, Motor and Hot Air Blowing arrangement outside. Fabricated structure and all arrangements - except electric control, air filter and SS Pan are inside the enclosure, which makes simple cleanable outside covering. Machine is mounted on dynamounts which avoids foundation.
• All Riddhi Coating Machines are provided with interlocked electrical circuit so that heaters can be operated only after blowers are made "ON" to avoid burning of heaters. SS Coating Pan mouth ring is welded at their rim cavities to avoid collection of dirt or contaminated drug. Riddhi Coating machine can be provided with Redicon / Elecon Gear Box and NGEF/ Remi Siemens Motor and all electricals controls are of Siemens or L & T make. Thermostat control can be provided on demand. On Customer demand , Gear box and Electricals including motors can be provided local make for economic purpose.

2) Digital Temperature Indicator with Thermostat.
3) With Blower On & Off light indicator Push Button.
BLOWER
300 CFM FOR 24” AND 36” , 500 CFM FOR 48” with dynamic Balancing with 1.5 KW 2 heaters for 300 CFM and 4.5 KW 3 heaters for 48” is advisable. Insulation 2” blower with flexible pipe with Fishtail Nozzle can be supplied.
