These are outstanding for rapid blending and mixing operation at low speeds. These are perfect to be used for integration of dry Powder and granular material.

INTRODUCTION
RIDDHI Drum Blender units are high quality products incorporating the latest technology in the blender design with consistent quality control ensuring high efficiency and proven durability. Our blender consists of cylindrical shape drum having lid on the top side. This drum is made out of S.S.316 material with embossed type grooves on its circumference in order to increase the strength. One end of drum is having opening of dia. 600mm whereas total length of drum is 720mm whereas other end of the drum is closed. Open side of the drum is covered with a cover lined with silicon gasket from inside.
The lid is rigidly locked with the help of tri-clover type fabricated clamp which ensures no leakage during process. Base of the machine is fabricated out of heavy MS plates and reinforcing supports
which is duly covered / cladded with S.S. 304 quality sheet. On the left hand side of the base two inverted guide rails are provided through which an operator can remove drum with cage assembly after completion of process.
The cage is fabricated out of S.S. 304 quality square pipe with sufficient supports in order to withstand load during rotation. An inclined base is provided made out of S.S.304 plates fixed within the cage.
There are two shafts provided i.e. drive shaft on the RH side having nylon roller on each side and duly supported by wall mounted pillow block and bearing assembly. The drive shaft is further consoled to hollow shaft worm reduction gear box and motor. Whereas on LH side driven shaft is provided with nylon roller on each side and duly supported by wall mounted pillow block.
Final RPM of the blender will be 16.
Control panel of the machine consists of R-Y-B Indicating Lamps, Digital Ampere Meter, Digital Batch Timer, ON, OFF and Inching Push Button. We have also provided main supply ON / OFF rotary switch. Necessary switchgears like contactor, overload relay, MCB etc. are housed within the panel enclosure. Blender units are also designed to meet requirements of GMP.
